การสมัครสมาชิกสมาคม ECTI

สามารถทำได้สองวิธีได้แก่

  1. สมัครออนไลน์ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ และจ่ายเงินค่าสมัครสมาชิกด้วยบัตรเครดิตหรือโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร คลิกที่นี่เพื่อสมัครสมาชิก
  2. ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มสมัครสมาชิกของสมาคม ECTI หรือ ฟอร์มต่ออายุสมาชิกสมาคม ECTI หลังจากดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มแล้วกรุณาปฏิบัติดังนี้
    1. สั่งพิมพ์ออกมากรอกรายละเอียดด้วยปากกา เซ็นชื่อ และสแกนแบบฟอร์มกลับเข้าคอมพิวเตอร์
    2. การจ่ายเงินสามารถกระทำผ่านโดยโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารด้วยข้อมูลด้านล่าง
    3. กรุณาสแกนใบสลิปหลักฐานการโอนเงินเป็นไฟล์ชนิดรูปภาพ.(jpeg หรือ pdf)
    4. ส่งใบสมัครและสลิปที่สแกนเข้าคอมพิวเตอร์แล้วมาที่อีเมล ecti.secretary@gmail.com

Note: การสมัครสมาชิกจะมีผลเมื่อมีใบสลิปหลักฐานการโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น

There are two way to register an ECTI member:

  1. Register Online via this website and paid the registration fee via credit card or Bank transfer. Click here to register.
  2. Download Membership Application Forms or Membership Renew Form. After you downloaded, please do as follow:
    1. Sign and scan the application forms.
    2. Payment can be made via Bank transfer with information above
    3. Please scan the copied of transfer slip as an image file.(jpeg or pdf file)
    4. Send both scanned application forms and transfer slip to ecti.secretary@gmail.com

Note : Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
